Washougal Times

I’m the type of person who always goes to the same restaurant for the same order when I find something I like, and because of that I’ve been passing Washougal Times almost daily for a couple years since moving in the area without ever giving them a chance, and that was my mistake. I enjoyed it very much, and I am excited to try other items on the menu soon. Employees give me the “small town” vibe, and overall I was very satisfied. Southwest BBQ burger lacks nothing in flavor and is quite distinct amongst most burgers around that are ordinary and mundane.

We normally love the food, but last night I was totally not happy and very disappointed, and disgusted. My husband had a great meal, but mine was skimpy, meat over cooked, the roll was hard. I had a French dip. And the messed up the order. I specifically said no cheese, but guess what it had cheese. On the order print out it stated no cheese. We normally dine there, but last night we got our order to go.

The bread pudding was the best part. They also change it up a lot so I’m excited to go back and try another flavor. We enjoyed our fish and chips and meatloaf. The atmosphere is cool because there’s a lot of seating and it’s relaxed. You also order at the bar, so it’s perfect for a big group where you don’t have to worry about splitting the bill. They also have a bunch of tvs and shuffleboard.

Hands down the best place for food and drinks in Washougal, my wife and I absolutely love this place! Tons of indoor and outdoor seating. Their deck/patio has multiple TVs and a fireplace with heaters overhead for cold days. Great beer selection from super cold taps. Their food and cocktail choices are super customizable from the online ordering feature, you can literally pick your own seat and order right from it. No need to look any further, this is the place you want and need to go to!

Stopped at this place after running an errand with hubs. I normally reserve 5 stars for fine dining, but this place has it goin' on! Great service, one of the more amazing pastrami sandwiches I've had in my life, great drinks and a fun, country bar atmosphere. Beautiful seating outside. Never been? Go try this place. Get the pastrami. You can thank me later.

I love The Times. It's literally 2 minutes from home and the food feels like it's at a fancy downtown restaurant. I love the order at my table app as I don't have to wait for a server and when it's made it come straight to the table. It gets packed on weekends almost to standing room only, but the Washougal folk are welcoming and welcome you to an empty chair at their table. Did I mention how good the food is?!?

Local place, bar atmosphere, good food, friendly staff. Dropped in for burgers and drinks on a cold winter afternoon. Service was fast. Beautiful outdoor covered deck with gas fire pits. Will be back to check out the deck on a warmer, less rainy and blustery day. Love that there is no up charge if you want a salad with your burger instead of fries!

Holy crow, if you haven't tried WT what are you waiting for?? We really love the environment the owner Ben has created by putting funds, time, and so much energy and care into this community gathering space. First off, the food is delicious! and then the atmosphere is great, and the attention to all the small details doesn't go unnoticed. Most of the staff have been there for a WHILE, and are super friendly and helpful. We're loving the new deck and can't wait to enjoy it more as the weather heats up! For the cooler nights, the fireplace seats outside on the deck are cozy. Also very convenient to order your food straight through the app when you sit down, and easy check out as well. I wish more places added this convenience! We also love the full-length shuffle board. Great local spot, food is super tasty, and we've always felt welcome and had a great time.
